Worker's Compensation Insurance
It's
the law: You must provide workers compensation for your employees. Benefits
are paid to employees who suffer work related injuries, disease or death
arising out of and in the course of employment. These benefits consist
of full medical expenses, a percentage of loss of wages, disability and
death benefits as outlined by statute.
To comply with the law, our agency offers workers compensation and employer liability insurance through numerous "A" rated companies. Standard policies are available on a guaranteed cost basis, loss ratio dividend plans, or retrospective rating programs.
